Enable Bitlocker<\/p>\n<p>drive is still encrypted and your tmp chip is loaded. and won&#8217;t request keys on boot.<\/p>\n<p>regards.<br \/>\nPatrick Veldboer<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Boot the laptop and then enter the <strong>Bit Locker unlock code <\/strong>(from awdc05)<\/p>\n<p>Plug the laptop into the network and then log on as your admin user<\/p>\n<p>Control Panel -&gt; Bit Locker Drive Encryption<\/p>\n<p><strong>Suspend Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choose the option to suspend Protection-&gt; Reboot<\/p>\n<p>Note that you are still asked to enter the Bit Locker Code<\/p>\n<p>Restart and then go into the BIOS<\/p>\n<p>Security-&gt; TPM-&gt; Choose the option to disable-&gt; Save then exit<\/p>\n<p>Log on to Windows-&gt; Control Panel-&gt; Bit Locker Drive Encryption<\/p>\n<p><strong>Resume Protection<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Choose the option to Resume Protection \u2013 Message: Activate TPM first<\/p>\n<p><strong>Take ownership<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Launch TPM Administration -&gt; Initiate TPM<\/p>\n<p>At this point you will get a message saying that the machine will restart and then follow the instructions.
