Logitech G430 and RealTek HD Audio

Seems to be a conflict with the USB sound card that comes with the G430. Would cause Sound in Control Panel to hang when the USB sound card was plugged in.
Eventually got it working by disabling the RealTech HD audio and rebooting. G430 works perfectly then. Re-enabled the onboard RealTech and rebooted, both seem to be still working together.
